Department: Operations

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Essential Duties:

Under the general supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Technician is responsible for inventory stock checks, assisting with ordering NorCal order requisition requests, and identifying reason behind all returned product for the accurate record keeping of inventory.

Responsibilities: Employees to initial as completed

  • Reports to work daily and is ready to work at the scheduled start time
  • Must wear all safety equipment (i.e. back support and steel toed shoes)
  • Review e-mails for urgent orders or stock checks
  • Take calls for any inventory check
  • Processing/filling all Northern California order requisition request, create transfer orders and package to be shipped
  • Communicate with purchasing on items that cannot be filled for requisitions to have order placed

directly with vendor to ship to location

  • Once a month assist and support Repair Team in processing and communicating write offs to accounting/purchasing
  • Work on all open orders, as it is assigned by Supervisor
  • Identify any equipment that needs to be serviced/repaired or any damage product
  • Process all returned equipment shipped from outside locations
  • Responsible for identifying and following up on all returned products that were shipped back
  • Responsible for following up on all call tagged products and make sure all returned product from

patient has all necessary accessories and provide equipment to Repair-Maintenance Department

  • Provide support to any area/team within the warehouse
  • Confirm with dispatch any item left behind in staging area to ensure no deliveries were missed
  • Maintain the warehouse clean, stocked, and organized
  • Performs any other duties that may be requested by Supervisor or Management
  • Understand and adheres to all of SuperCare Health company policies
  • To remain knowledgeable to date on all products
  • Maintain a professional, safe, and clean work environment

Education and or Work Experience:

  • Graduate from accredited High School
  • Must be able to lift and carry equipment and miscellaneous items up to 75lbs on a daily basis
