We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join our Sacramento fulfillment team. In this role, you’ll manage and monitor domestic and international shipments, troubleshoot delivery issues, and ensure every order arrives accurately and on time. About the Role

The Shipping & Logistics Coordinator oversees outbound shipments across multiple departments including Fulfillment, Events, and E-Store operations. This position is responsible for tracking orders, resolving shipping challenges, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining accurate shipment records. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely deliveries for both routine and time-sensitive orders, including international shipments and event logistics.

What You’ll Do

Order Tracking & Monitoring

  • Track approximately 30–45 outbound shipments daily across multiple departments
  • Monitor delivery status and proactively identify delays or exceptions
  • Maintain accurate shipping records, spreadsheets, and tracking systems
  • Ensure shipment details and order information are correct and up-to-date

Shipping Systems & Tools

  • Use shipping tools such as FedEx Ship Manager and internal tracking spreadsheets
  • Navigate multiple systems including Salesforce and warehouse management platforms (WMS)
  • Keep shipment documentation organized and accurate

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution

  • Investigate, trouble shoot, and resolve delivery delays, lost packages, customs issues, and lost packages for domestic and international shipment issues
  • Coordinate directly with carriers including FedEx and trucking companies to resolve complex logistics challenges
  • Manage customs documentation and broker communications for international shipments

Communication & Coordination

  • Provide regular shipment updates to internal teams including Sales Team members, Shipping Lead, Events Lead, E-Store Coordinator, Fulfillment Center Manager and the Finance Team
  • Communicate shipment status to clients and recipients as needed
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth and timely deliveries

International & Event Shipping Support

  • Manage international shipments including customs clearance and tracking
  • Coordinate event-related shipments, including outbound deliveries and post-event returns or pickups
  • Prioritize time-sensitive shipments with firm delivery deadlines

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, fulfillment, or a related role
  • Experience working with FedEx/FedEx Ship Manager, customs processes, and trucking companies preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Familiarity with shipping platforms, warehouse management systems (WMS), and Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and systems simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs., occasionally
  • Basic math and reasoning skills
  • Teamwork oriented – willing to help in anyway
